Heart failure (HF) represents one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Remote patient monitoring (RPM) offers significant potential to improve clinical outcomes. We provide digital therapeutics (DTx) services that improve the management of patients with HF, reducing hospitalizations and enhancing the quality of life.

Heart failure (HF) patients on our DTx program are provided with electronic devices to measure blood pressure, glucose, oxygen saturation, temperature and weight at home. The home-measured data is digitally recorded onto the digital platform.

A team of remote health professionals digitally monitors the patient's blood pressure, glucose, weight, temperature and oxygen saturation data. This monitoring is meant to identify small changes that point towards health deterioration. Biodata analytics triggers alerts.

The early health deterioration alerts are sent to both the patient and the doctor for an appropriate intervention. Early intervention allows the patient to be advised and managed without hospitalization. This is a big economic saving and psychosocial benefit for the patient.
