Diabetes care program
We provide an integrated diabetes remote glucose monitoring program, refered to as Desmes™. The service provides individuals living with diabetes the ability to measure their blood glucose outside clinical settings and digitally save their biodata. This program is also available as part of managing diabetes with other pre-existing conditions like hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia, heart disease and obesity.
A choice of either continuous or non-continuous glucose monitoring is available for subscription. On subscription for the service an innovative digital device is provided for use outside cliical settings. The self-measured blood biodata is digitally recorded onto the digital health platform.
The digital recording reduces both human error and loss risks, which provides data inegrity and security respectively. Coupled with lifestyle and medical advisory, our service ensures good diabetes control and reduced complications.
